Audience for Thrillers.

I think the audiene for thrillers varies alot because of the many sub-genre's within Thrillers. Even though most thrillers limit their viewers as they are specifically for adults: Certificate 18 or R, we cant control who watches them on the internet. Which makes specifying an age rang equite difficult.

    I think young and old men will be more attracted to the thriller genre as it has action and suspense, which men watch more. However i think women will be interested in Romantic and Comedy thrillers as they are quite ligh-hearted and amusing, but i also think women will be interested in Psychological thrillers because they are quite complex and intriguing.
Overall the audience for thrillers i think is 15 and above, because there are soo many sub-genres which can attract specific age groups which is why, in my opinion there isnt a second age where thrillers stop being interesting as their storylines have depth and are more meaningful than other genre's.
